Are you sure? ;-) Did you set ipsecGlobMaxSysLogLevel to "debug" on the Bintec 
router? Which Bintec router are you using and which software version? Can you 
provide some information about the IPsec configuration of the Bintec router 
(i.e. ipsecglobals, ipsecpeertable)?
