[Openswan dev] openswan in upcoming FC3

OpenSwan (2.1.4) is currently in FC3t2 as well as rawhide. Red Hat
picked Ken's package and has made some modifications. Ken, perhaps you
want to check whether any of these are good for applying to the
upstream rpms (in order to keep clean upgrades paths from 2.1.x to
2.2.x)?
