[Openswan Users] whack: is Pluto running? connect() for "/var/run/pluto/pluto.ctl" failed (111 Connection refused)

Now that I've solved my "Why isn't '--configdir' working with 
rsasigkey?" problem, when I restart IPSec is getting:
