[Openswan Users] IPSEC Low Speed

 what we discussed was speed test after ipsec service started which was 10
Mbps and i accepted that

 Problem is I can measure measure 40 Mbps speed without starting the ipsec
service and 88 Mbps without IPSEC stack in kernel.

 why speed is degraded just by enabling IPSEC stack in kernel and not
running ipsec service
