[Openswan Users] not sing certificate.

I am sing certicate, but not create file...

openssl ca -selfsign -cert /etc/ipsec.d/certs/serverCert.pem \
-keyfile /etc/ipsec.d/private/serverKey.pem -keyform PEM \
-out /etc/ipsec.d/cacerts/serverCert.pem

is bad command ?

or

change command for sign certificate ?
