We use many DNS blacklists and block emails when a certain score is
reached. Your IP, 216.160.2.132, was listed in both l2.apews.org and
hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com.
You are no longer listed in hostkarma's blacklist and we stopped using
l2.apews.org since they had too many DNS issues.

You should no longer have problems unless your server is listed again.
