[Openswan Users] I met such problem when I try to restart openswan

Today, I could access the l2tp vpn from my Mac, and then I try to restart
the openswan, and the output looks like this :
/etc/init.d/ipsec restart
ipsec_setup: Stopping Openswan IPsec...
ipsec_setup: ERROR: Module xfrm4_mode_transport is in use
ipsec_setup: ERROR: Module esp4 is in use
ipsec_setup: Starting Openswan IPsec U2.6.32/K2.6.18-194.el5xen..

what's the two red error messages mean?
