We have not looked into that yet. I believe it is more that xl2tpd needs
to support the lt2p_ppp module, not openswan. xl2tpd still only supported
the pre-merged in versionf of pppol2tp.
Additionally, the fix also needs to work with the SAref code properly,
in the case of overlapping ips.
