[Openswan Users] Cannot connect using L2TP/IPSEC on ubuntu

Hi,

I am using Mint 11/Ubuntu Natty.
Trying to connect to my office L2TP/IPSEC VPN but get the following errors.

Can someone help with what I am doing wrong. I am new to openswan.
