[Openswan Users] Is OpenSwan 2.6.33 supporting kernel 2.4?

Yes, openswan 2.6.33 should work fine on 2.4.x kernels.

There have been some confusions about pfkeyv2.h because some kernels included it while others did not. And
its support has been incomplete at times too.
Try changing it to include <openswan/pfkeyv2.h>
