[Openswan Users] signing up with Openswan wiki

I think the new user signup form is busted; When I go here...

   http://wiki.openswan.org/index.php/Main/NewUser

I see the HTML source for a FORM (with 
action='/index.php/Main/NewUser?action=edit'), rather than an HTML form 
to fill in.

Thoughts?
