I am trying to install openswan-2.6.23 on Linux machine RHEL (Linux master 2.6.18-8.el5 #1 SMP Fri Jan 26 14:15:21 EST 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux). When I follow Userland-only Install then I come up with error
"install -b --suffix=.old pluto whack /usr/local/libexec/ipsec
#install --mode=u+rxs,g+rx,o+rx --group=root -b --suffix=.old whackinit /usr/local/libexec/ipsec
if true ; then install -b --suffix=.old _pluto_adns /usr/local/libexec/ipsec ; fi
( cd /usr/src/openswan-2.6.23/programs/pluto ; xmlto man pluto.8.xml ; mv ipsec_pluto.8 pluto.8; xmlto man ipsec.secrets.5.xml)
/bin/sh: xmlto: command not found
mv: cannot stat `ipsec_pluto.8': No such file or directory
