[Openswan Users] L2TP / OpenSwan - eroute remains busy after disconnect

Hi,

I have an DIY embedded router with Openswan 2.4.10 (KLIPS, kernel is
2.4.34). It's setup for 'road warriors', using l2tpd-0.69-12jdl. It
generally works but there is a problem - when users disconnect, the
'eroute' remains busy and next connections is not successful:

The 'eroute' is deleted 8 hours after the first connection:

Is there a known fix for this problem?
