[Openswan Users] traffic through ipsec tunnel

A quick question in regards to traffic through ipsec vpn tunnels

 

 

1) I bring up my tunnel successfully

 

2) I begin a constant ping from one end to the other

 

3) The ping will work consistently for a random amount of time(10-20
minutes) then all of a sudden it will reply with "Destination host
unreachable"

If I leave it pinging it will continue with the same reply, but if I stop
and restart the ping it will work again for a random amount of time.

 

Any ideas?
