[Openswan Users] openswan 2.6.20 kernel version requirements?

It should work for older kernels. If not, I would like to hear specific
compile problems so we can address them.

Most kernel compatibility choices are made in ipsec_kversion.h, which
has clauses for individual kernel versions.
