[Openswan Users] "/usr/local/sbin/ipsec setup --start" doesn't return the prompt on Ubuntu 9.10 when complied from source.

Well, maybe I'm doing something wrong then. And what I do is execute
two commands: 'make programs' and 'sudo make install' - and with the
second command I get the error that xmlto is missing.
