[Openswan Users] NAT-T patch don't work

Topolino, these files are for NAT-T only! After a successful Kernel 
compile do a

make KERNELSRC=/usr/src/linux-2.6.23.14 programs module
make KERNELSRC=/usr/src/linux-2.6.23.14 install minstall

You don't have to patch KLIPS with the Kernel.
