[Openswan Users] Openswan ipsec is established but cant ping on either subnet

Hi,
I have suffering from the same problem since last one week, i m able to
establish the ipsec but i cant ping on my leftsubnet. what might be the
possible reasons?

my ipsec.conf is as follows:

conn test
    authby=secret
    left=202.166.200.8
    leftsubnet=192.8.1.0/24
    leftnexthop=202.166.200.1
    right=202.166.200.10
    esp=3des-md5-96
    rightnexthop=202.166.200.1
    auto=add
    pfs=yes

its established and my route on left and right vpn gateways are as follows:
