[Openswan Users] Can openswan act as a vpn client

I need to build a VPN tunnel mode between two linux machines.

                       tunnel mode
linux client -------------- linux server (using openswan) ----- Internet

Server side using the openswan.
Can openswan act as a VPN client too?
