[Openswan Users] Do I need to patch the kernel to build OCF with Openswan?

That depends on what openswan sources you are using. If you are using
openswan 3.0 then the patches should be included. If you are using the
2.4 series with the ocf-linux patches, then the ocf-linux tarball
includes the needed patches (ie., the 2.6.11 patch will apply to 2.6.18
without too many problems IIRC),
