[Openswan Users] left subnet (only 2 machines)

Today I have:

leftsubnet=23.15.46.24/32

to allow connection to : 23.15.46.24/32

If i Like to allow connection to 23.15.46.17/32 to. How can I do that? 
Do I have to open for the whole subnet or can i somehow specify 2 /32 
adresses?
