[Openswan Users] CVS issues

The machine 209.112.44.3 has been turned off. anoncvs.openswan.org lives at
193.110.157.129. It seems ns2.xelerance.net gave a wrong answer. That
machine is currently unreachable to me. I will fix it ASAP.
