With -Wall, maybe not everywhere, but definitely with default warnings.

% WERROR=-Werror export WERROR

that gets added to all CFLAGS. I have this in my normal environment.

I'm using the gcc4 that is in etch, and I made it work with the gcc4
that was in FC4. I don't think I've upgraded that system to a newer one yet.
