ipcop 1.4.0 is from 2004, you may want to upgrade it.

Openswan 1.0.7 is also from 2004, is unsupported and should not be used.
You should upgrade to the latest 2.x release.

Now that's easy: crazyfists.dyndns.org cannot be resolved to an IP. 
"name lookup failed", therefore the connection is incomplete and cannot
be loaded. Update this DNS-Record.
