FWIW: when I get your mails, they have a

  Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

header, and view correctly in Mutt. However there's no MIME-Version: header,
which is required by RFC 2045, and the lack of this may prevent other
mailers from decoding them.

I don't think the mailing list software is munging out this header, because
I see it on posts from other users.
