[Openswan Users] lsipsectool

Can someone tell me where to find docs or tutorials on the lsipsectool
please?

 

Was trying to set up ipsec.exe but was told lsipsectool was a better choice.
Found the program on sourceforge but cannot find any info on how to use it.
