[Openswan Users] Creating a Fedora kernel RPM with KLIPS support

I have tried to build rpm files from following directory:

/root/rpmbuild/SOURCES
/root/rpmbuild/BUILD/kernel-2.6.12/linux-2.6.12
/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/openswan-2.4.5/packing/redhat
/root/rpmbuild/SOURCES/openswan-2.4.5/packing/redhat

..from which directory I would have to try ?
