Yes, all you need is vanilla 2.6.16
plus iptables 1.3.5, nothing else.

No, you don't need klips anymore. Patrick Mchardy
patches merged since 2.6.16rc, resolved these
problems. Take a look at iptables man page and
search the policy match.
