[Openswan Users] sadb_add error message with kernel 2.4.32 &

You may want to play around the share memory, I have similar issue happen on
apache, it gave me no space left on device when I tried to start it, 

I add the following line to fix my apache issue

echo "512 64000 64 512" > /proc/sys/kernel/sem
