[Openswan Users] Creating Win XP vpn connection

I am now doing some debugging of the server end of the setup.

I discovered ipsec verify and found that the rsa key is
failing. How do I define the key or pem file in ipsec.secrets ?

Currently I have:

192.168.1.13 %any: RSA /etc/ipsec.d/certs/file.pem =22password=22

but earlier I tried the .key file.
