[Openswan Users] IPsec crashes when trying to start

it crashed. If this is openswan 2.4.0 or up, please get me a trace by
enabling dumpdir=/tmp and using gdb on the core file in /tmp. If this 
is openswan 2.2.x or 2.3.x, please upgrade.
