See 'make ipkg' in the openswan source package. It builds an IPKG file for
OpenZaurus, assuming you built with a cross compiler setup. Furthermore, you
will need the gmp3 library, and some other tools usually provided in busybox.
(hostname, id, awk, sed, tr, logger, etc)
