[Openswan Users] 021 no connection named "net-to-net"

Thank you all who replied or read my first mail, just want to give you an
update. Andy was right, I had mix of different versions installed -
initially it was FreeSwan, then we were installing different versions of
OpenSwan to try to get this working, and obviously not all versions were
cleanly removed. After making sure I only had one version installed,
everything is up and running.
