..but I don't have a dir with name openswan, I have installed (beyond nat-t kernel patch) only:
openswan-klips-2.4.0-2.6.12_1.1376_FC3_1.i386.rpm
openswan-2.4.0-1.i386.rpm
I must to install other packages ??

..but this rpm file generated is the equivalent of:
openswan-klips-2.4.0-2.6.12_1.1376_FC3_1.i386.rpm
...then I have already installed ??
..or for me is necessary both rpm packages (beyond at openswan-2.4.0-1.i386.rpm) ??
