[Openswan Users] Errors in openswan

because this message leaves me

PC1: #ipsec setup restart
ipsec_setup: (/etc/ipsec.conf, line 26)parameter is not wothin a section -- 
'restart' aborted

to run the ipsec

here this my file ipsec.conf:

it considers the parametros default, alone the left=192.168.1.100 and the 
right =% any, desire to do it inside or network Lan, host to host

thanks by its answers and they excuse my english is very poor, and I have 
needed the aid of a translating web xDD, I speaks very well my spanish.
