[Openswan Users] [OT]Network Neighborhood

This is how I always used to do network neighborhood across a VPN.
However, it's been a while since I've been in a windows environment. I
gather than Active Directory now eliminates the need for WINS. How does
one do this in an Active Directory environment without a WINS server? -
