[Openswan Users] hot to tell 3des-md5-hmac

Hi ... not yet solved with pix and i'm really getting mad. It worked. 
Yesterday yes, today no.
Maybe Agent Smith can help me... are you still there??
Anyway... how to tell in the ipsec.conf that I want to use 
3des-md5-hmac? I've tried with esp=3des-md5-hmac but when there's this 
string and I start the tunnel it says that
root at lean:~# ipsec auto --up pix
021 no connection named "pix"
