[Openswan Users] Building on RedHat 8

Chris,
Thanks! It seems that in the Makefile.inc the setting of ARCH is incorrect it
gets set to Linux. If I do a 'make ARCH=i386 module' that works.
So somehow the ARCH is getting set incorrectly.
