[Openswan Users] Some kind of fragmentation or MTU problem

The solution is quite simple, modify the updown script to append "mtu 1300" on 
to the "ip route" entry for all connections.

This solves all the probles so i can access the endpoint and its subnet 
systems with out problems now.

it may be a simple soultion but it took me ages to find :-)
