[Openswan Users] sending radius accounting informations

Hi,

I´m looking for a solution to use the accounting information which are
included in the cert file which I use. I want to send a radius accounting
packet to a external radius server to save the accouting information: who,
which ip and when

does anybody know how to implement this?
