[Openswan Users] Possible: Both ends of tunnel NAT'd?

When using nat_traversal, is it possible to have a setup like below:

LAN Server <-> router <-> Internet <-> router <-> LAN Server

So both Lan machine are nat'd, i.e. openswan setup on the Lan servers?

I am not sure if you can do both or only one.
