No, the kernel included with Mandrake 9.2 contains FreeS/WAN 1.99.8.
Brad may have to back out the FreeS/WAN patch from the kernel SPEC file,
add the Openswan patch and then rebuild the RPM.

Then again, hasn't Mandrake 9.2 been discontinued? It doesn't make
sense to if you use a VPN server on a distribution that does not
receive security updates. Perhaps it's better to upgrade to a more
recent version or a different distribution?
