I was attemptimg an rpmbuild -ba --target=i686 openswan.spec.
I didn't see any reference to modules26 in either the openswan.26spec or
openswan.spec, which are both found in openswan-2.3.0/packaging/redhat.
In openswan-2.3.0/packaging/makefiles their are module26.make and
module26.sh. 

Going to try building from source in the mean time, just need to test
for now. 2.1.5 has been rock solid for me, outside of the snmpd quirk.
