[Openswan Users] Proper usage of klips module in 2.3.0

Just make sure you unloaded the netkey modules (af_key esp4 ah4 ipcomp xfrm_user xfrm4_tunnel ipcomp) and modprobe
ipsec. Openswan will detect klips and use that.
