[Openswan Users] rhel3 and 2.3.1 issue

Hello,

I have upgraded to version 2.3.1 on rhel3 (netkey).
I discovered, that somethimes tunnels to cisco just hangs (openswan 
think, that is connected, but traffic is not getting through until I 
restart tunnel).
With version 2.2.0 this worked ok.

Another difference between 2.2 and 2.3.1 is, that there are now some 
strange warnings in log file? What they mean?
