Damn. We had reports of this earlier, but it seemed that 2.3.x no longer
paniced on those kernels. Are you running the latest FC3 kernel? I assume
so, since you are using yum.
We are not seeing these kernel panics on other machines, or in our uml
test setup.
Can you try a 'plain' 2.6 kernel?
