Can you do an rpm -V bison and a ldd `which bison` ?

You will need to fix those. It seems  you have a massively broken mix
of redhat 7/8/9 packages installed. Basicly, 'rpm -Va' should not give
any depedancy errors. As long as it does, some things on your system will
remain broken.
