Release notes for janus watcher v.1.3

This is the first public release of janus watcher.

The basic functionalities have been extensively tested as this script is currently 
a part of VPN IPSec pack modification to SmoothWall Express 2.0 
(GPL Firewall http://www.smoothwall.org).

janus allows computers with dynamic IPs to establish IPSec VPN connections 
using FreeS/WANwan and forks. Computers with dynamic IPs must register with 
a dynamic DNS provider.

At startup time janus reads its configuration from /etc/ipsec.conf. Its parameters 
begin with "x_" but it also look into other parameters.

Documentation is included.
