[Openswan Users] XAUTH patch

The attached patch applies cleanly to 2.2.0 and fixes xauth client mode such
that it appears (in my tests) to work.  I'm pretty sure it's not perfect.  I
know the xelerance guys have some better ideas for fixing this.  This was
just a quick hack I tossed together to make it work for my limited
requirements.  I thought it might be useful to any others out there.  So
here it is.

In particular, I'm hoping I am handling the XAUTHResp* settings correctly
(that is, if "this" is server, I use resp, otherwise I init... Would it ever
NOT be that way?)  I may or may not be, and your critical eye is welcomed.
