[Openswan Users] DPD on OpenS/WAN

Are these tunnels nat-t tunnels? What's used openswan version? Note: 
it's Openswan, not OpenS/WAN.

If those tunnels are nat-t tunnels, please disable dpd for now. It's 
causing problems with nat-t tunnels.
